Romantic idyll in the Emmental hills with many hiking and cycling routes. Sunny location with great views of the Bernese Alps. The barrel can be reached on foot from Zollbrück railway station in 1.5 hours. Or from Lüderenalp in 1.5 hours in the direction of Zollbrück (wonderful high-altitude hike). Marriage proposals have also been made on the "Schmusibänkli" by the lime tree above the barrel....Description of the property:Barrel with French bed for 2 adults and possibly a bed for 2 children. Bed for 2 adults and possibly 2 children (2 sleeping places on the benches, but only 130cm long!) Please bring sleeping bags for children! Rich regional breakfast and/or a barbecue (optional) can be prepared by the host in a basket on request. Barbecue basket: Bratwurst, jacket potatoes with herb quark, grilled vegetables Costs: Adults 20.- Children 10.- (more information after booking)Tea and coffee (incl. sugar and coffee cream) are available to guests free of charge during their stay! The barrel is located above our farm in a pasture between trees and can be reached on foot. It is 40 metres from the farm. A cosy seating area with a fireplace invites you to linger. Wood for barbecuing is available (incl.)From time to time there is a herd of suckler cows or goats on the pasture....What could be more wonderful than falling asleep to the sound of bells? Idyllic as with Alpöhi and Heidi.... you can also enjoy the sunset and the wide view over the Emmental.For children there is a sandpit and 2 swings with slide on the farm.On our farm there is a WC with washbasin and a simple shower. A camping cooker (with 2 hotplates), camping utensils, a small barbecue as well as 2 tables and 4 chairs are included in the barrel to set up outside. A fridge with freezer compartment (reserved for barrel guests) is available in the yard and bed linen and towels are included in the price. The final cleaning is also included in the price. Under the double bed and the benches there is storage space where the camping equipment is also stored, electricity available: 4 lamps, a 3-pin socket, 1 infrared heater and 1 foot heater if it should be cold. Daily fresh spring water from the farm well (own spring) is a special treat. Tip: Take empty drinking bottles with you.mobile phone reception exists but no W-Lan/Wifi available (only possible via mobile data)Smoking is not allowed in the barrel! Smokers can enjoy their smoke outside and park their car in our courtyard. We can pick up guests from Zollbrück railway station on request.
